The hotel provided a free private transfer, such a comforting start. Our allocated room had dual balconies, this was lovely. Housekeeping remained efficient throughout our stay, I appreciated that. The hotel thoughtfully displayed Christmas decorations, this brought real cheer.
The outside pool felt cold. This detracted from fully relishing the sun.

amazing stay!
quiet roomtasty foodcomfortable beds
i got a quiet room with two balconies after emailing ahead it was room 220. the food was tasty especially the mochtails. the beds were very comfortable the housekeeping was efficient and thoughtful.
i would say the gym could do with more updated equipment.

the transfer from the airport was scenic and enjoyable plus there is a supermarket chemist and tobacconist just across the street from the hotel it is so convenient. there are also plenty of other restaurants along the harbour strip plus a lovely church nearby.

i had a sea view double room all inclusive it included comfy beds and superb showers. the room included a minibar restocked daily with water juice and soft drinks also tea and coffee making facilities which was a nice touch.

the hotel offered both indoor and outdoor pools for swimming. i used the sauna and steam room which were clean and relaxing. there's direct access to the beach for sea swimming with plenty of sunbeds and parasols available.

breakfast is served between 7.30 a.m and 10.30 a.m lunch runs from 13.00 to 14.30 and dinner from 18.00 to 21.00. the drinks especially mochtails were very good and available from straight after breakfast.

The breakfast buffet was not up to standard. The bacon and eggs tasted low quality, and i found the coffee undrinkable. it needs a significant improvement. this impacted the overall dining experience considerably

the room was fantastic. it had a great beach view and was super clean! the kid's pool was a total hit for families. i would definitely book again. the staff was really friendly and helpful! we just loved how accommodating they were!
i had a minor issue with ants in the bathroom, it took a few calls to reception to resolve it, this was a small inconvenience.

the hotel had a private beach, and its cleanliness was evident across all areas. the staff were cute, and the variety of food at the restaurants stood out. i noted the absence of excessive food waste, a testament to the quality and appeal of the offerings. the bars also provided great service and the front of house was very helpful.
during check-in, i found that the room décor lacked character. i also noticed that, the shower lacked a grab rail, potentially posing a safety issue. the floor felt slippery, increasing the risk of falls

The hotel had a super clean environment in all areas. Staff members were great and very cute. The food in all three restaurants had variety, with themed nights.
The indoor pool was cold even if advertised as heated. It was only a few degrees warmer than outside. I paid for a massage. The room was very cold, so i was freezing during the entire session.
